Samjoko Magazine is eager to help indie authors by doing reviews of their books. However, we receive far more reviews than we can realistically provide, and so are instituting a review fee of $50.

We will accept ebooks from bookseling websites. In limited cases, we may accept physical books. However, under no circumstances will we accept files.

Books are to be pre-approved first.

Fiction, Non-Fiction, or Poetry are acceptable. Books will not be returned under any circumstances.

For requests, send a cover letter, author’s bio, and link to the book. Book’s will be scheduled to be read on a first come basis, and reviews should be finished within 4-6 months.

We try to choose books that we believe we’ll give a 3 star or higher rating to. We do this because those are the books that will probably be completed in a month’s time, as well as to avoid disagreeable situations with writers. However, all our opinions will be honest, and if a book ends up being below 3 stars, that will be the rating it receives.

Self-published books accepted only if the name of the editor, as well as a means of contacting them, is provided.
